Interested candidates should be able to provide technical and managerial leadership with respect to safety and risk engineering studies for the oil and gas sector and petrochemical industries. In addition, candidates should have a strong interest in business development and have good organizational and communication skills. He should be able to don the role of project manager for technical Safety & Risk and HSE studies for major projects. His other key responsibilities include – facilitating hazard identification and risk assessment workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, HEMP, SIMOPS, PHSER, SIL), guiding the team in risk assessment modeling by using software tools like PHAST, PHASTRISK, exSILentia, THESIS, PHAPRO, PHAWORKS), doing ALARP demonstration, Safety Case generation, Fire Risk Assessment, preparing technical documents etc. The candidates should be self motivated, team player with strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
