Workshop & Fabrication
Dome has a fully equipped workshop facility in Al Quoz. This facility is certified APIQ1/ISO9001. At this facility, Dome is able to provide the following services to its clients:
Machine Shop Facilities
Our Machine Shop is fully equipped with lathe machines, drilling and lapping machines. We can machine components according to customer requirements and are able to repair and maintain heavy-duty machinery such as hydraulic systems for cranes, valves, etc.
Metal Spray Facilities
We have a fully equipped Metal Spray Unit along with a turret lathe. Accordingly, our workshop is capable of refurbishing and maintaining worn out parts and metallic components, such as compressor rods and most metallic surfaces.
Fabrication Facilities
Our fabrication facility includes plate rolling machines, welding machines, radial drilling machines, cutting machines and hydraulic press. We can carry out welding, structural fabrication, machine assembly, container modifications, and general fabrication of skids.
Valve Repair
We have fully equipped facilities for repair, maintenance and testing of valves up to 30,000 psi. The facilities include lapping machines and test benches.
